At Jk Charm, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 7 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
✔ The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
✔ No scratches, damages, or missing parts will be accepted for a refund or exchange.
✔ Returns due to change of mind are not acceptable, but the return shipping cost will be covered by the customer.
✔ Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after verifying the returned product.

COD Refund Conditions
- Customers who paid via Cash on Delivery (COD) and request a refund will be eligible for a store credit instead of a cash refund.
- If an item is defective or damaged during transit, a full refund will be processed after return verification.
- Customers misusing COD by rejecting multiple orders will be blacklisted.
Non-Returnable Items
🚫 Items damaged due to misuse will not be eligible for return.
🚫 Personalized/custom-made jewelry cannot be returned unless defective.
🚫 Earrings and nose rings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
Fake Orders & Fraudulent Activities
🚨 Placing fake orders (ordering & refusing delivery) is strictly prohibited. If a customer repeatedly places fake orders, they will be permanently blacklisted from purchasing. Legal actions may be taken if necessary.

- Prices may change without prior notice.
- Orders can be canceled before shipping, but once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
2. Order & Payment
- We accept bKash, Rocket, Debit/Credit Cards, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
- COD orders above 3,000 BDT require an advance payment to confirm the order.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are processed within 24-48 hours and delivered within 3-7 days depending on location.
- Delivery charges are paid by the customer.
- If the customer is unavailable during delivery, rescheduling is required.
4. Return & Refund
- Returns are only accepted within 7 days under the conditions stated in the Refund Policy.
- Refunds for COD orders will be given as store credit.
5. Fake Orders & Misuse of COD
🚨 Fake orders, repeated cancellations, and refusal to accept COD parcels will result in account blacklisting.
6. Copyright & Intellectual Property
- All images, designs, and content on our website and social media are protected under copyright laws.
